In the mobile app, go to Settings > QR Codes. Tap an unassigned QR code and select an item to link it to.
Select "Manage QR" in the app and tap "Deactivate". It will temporarily stop sending alerts if scanned.
When an alert is sent, the Owner receives an SMS and an Email. Additionally, your Emergency Contacts will receive Emails.
Ensure your Email is filled out in the "Profile" section of the mobile app. Notifications rely on having an accurate email address on file.
Premium QRs allow the person scanning to attach photos to the alert, and lets you add up to 5 emergency contacts instead of just 1.
No, Premium QRs are a one-time payment for the physical tag, and the features remain active for the life of that specific QR code.
