OneTag provides dynamic QR codes that can be attached to personal items, pets, or vehicles. When scanned, these codes notify the owner and their emergency contacts. Premium plans may offer additional features such as photo attachments and extended contact limits.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
- Ensuring that the emergency contact information you provide is accurate and that you have permission to use those phone numbers.
- Not using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Limitations of Liability
OneTag acts as a notification mechanism. We do not guarantee the recovery of any lost items, pets, or vehicles. We are not liable for any physical damage, loss of property, or personal injury that occurs despite the use of our QR codes.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a Premium subscription. Payments are processed securely. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the mobile app, though refunds are entirely at our discretion and subject to local laws.
